THIS HURTS! What hurts…: My upper right hamstring where it connects to my bottom and into my right buttock and lower right back. My leg is tight from top to bottom. I notice the pain mostly when sitting – not when standing. How you hurt it…: Doing interval training on my home exercise bike When you hurt it…: About 1 year ago but I continued to exercise and push through the pain. I stopped exercising about 2 months ago. Your pain level (1 is low, 10 is high pain): 7-8 when sitting. Your age and overall health…: Overall good health. Any other information you feel is relevant…: I had an MRI of lower back and pelvic area about 3 weeks ago and it showed no nerve impingement in lower back or pelvic area. They did not do MRI of hamstring. YOUR INJURY COULD BE… Sciatica. REHAB YOUR INJURY BY… Follow instructions in video.
