I don’t have health insurance, so anything (from sleeping positions, to posture) would help.

I have fibromyalgia, and was just wondering if there are also some homemade remedies out there for pain relief. I take grape seed caplets every day, and that just barely takes the edge off. If you can help me, that would be just great!!!!!
herniated disc is there an alternative besides surgery?

i have 4 herniated disc in my neck i think it’s C-4,5,6,7 they wanted to do surgery, but it sounds to scary to me. i am asking if anyone has went thru this? or what i want to find out if there is another alternative to heal this or ease the pain without having surgery. please help, i am in serious pain on my left side.
How can I lose 20lbs when I have sciatica? Are there any exercises that I can do safely?

I know that I should cut down my caloric intake, especially since I have been less active lately because of the pain. Also, I work 2 jobs, one is in an office during the day that the other is waiting tables at night time. I find the serving job to be stressful for my back, but I do move around a lot. What can be done in addition to this? Also, I eat pretty healthy already. No fast food (EVER!!!), no fried stuff, lots of veggies and fruit. I just want to know what I can do in addition to these things, yet not hurt my back and leg.
Is there research towards pineapple enzyme treatment for herniated disc/sciatica?

I have a herniated L5 disc that is pinching my S1 Sciatic nerve. I do not want surgery and recently heard about someone having pineapple enzyme injections into the disc or spin. This persn indicated that it was a great relief. I can not find much research on the treatment. Where can I look. I have already under gone an epidural injection and for the most part pain is gone. With the exception of sitting long periods. I don’t want surgery. Any ideas?
