The Tennessee Titan’s quarterback McNair had a lower back surgery in 1999 and then returned to the game 3 weeks later to lead the Titans to the playoffs. He then continued to play years after the surgery. Can most people return to do the physical activities they love after a herniated disk surgery??? Thanks.
