Is back pain really bad at the start of labour?

If you are having back labour, is the pain really severe or does it start off with bearable pain and build its way up? Do you just know that its back labour your having? Ive been having backpain for the past hour it is bearable at the minute was just wondering how do you ladies know? Im 38 weeks.

How early did you start having back pain in your pregnancy?

I’m only 7 weeks, I am overweight and it could be a contributing factor to my back pain, but I didn’t start having back pain until this week. Is it too early for me to be having back pain in my pregnancy? Only experienced and mature answers please.

Padraig Harrington got his season up and running with a 72 at the Northern Trust Open at Riviera Country Club near Los Angeles. Phil Mickelson put the wedge controversy behind him but his bid for a third successive victory at the event also got off to a slow start.
