Does Anyone Have Any Tips To Deal With Sciatica and Sciatic Nerve Problems?

I was wondering if any of you may suffer from sciatica and have any stretching tips or exercises that may alleviate this pain.

I’ve been dealing with this for quite some time.

Can the side effect of pain relief patches cause serious or permanent problems?

My nan was taken into hospital last night with side effects from pain relief patches and kept in. She was being sick, had high blood pressure and was very disoriented. I’d like to know if anyone knows what could be wrong. Could this cause any serious problems? Should I be worried?
I heared a doctor say that they are investivating c.d.a (or at least it sounded like that to me), does anyone know what this is? I’ve google it and found nothing. I may have missheared but am hoping that someone with medical knowlegde may understand what he was saying.
