This is a follow-up to the first low back/sciatic stretch that we did and is another great stretch that you can do practically anywhere. Three years ago the city took down 229 Fourth St., Troy, with a promise that Habitat for Humanity of Rensselaer County would build a new single-family home on the site. The building at 229 Fourth St. was considered derelict after a fire in the 1990s destroyed most of the building.
