Also, I work 2 jobs, one is in an office during the day that the other is waiting tables at night time.  I find the serving job to be stressful for my back, but I do move around a lot.  What can be done in addition to this?  Also, I eat pretty healthy already.  No fast food (EVER!!!), no fried stuff, lots of veggies and fruit.  I just want to know what I can do in addition to these things, yet not hurt my back and leg.</p>
