i am 18 and i have a sciatic nerve acting up. it is down my right leg. i am at work right now and i am supposed to have an appointment at my doctor tomorrow morning. i tried going to a massage therapist this morning but it didn’t help. what can i do to help with the pain until tomorrow?

What is the best pillow for neck pain?

I sleep on my side and wake up with a neck so stiff I can barely move it. I have tried firm and soft pillows, thick and thin. I want to get a pillow that is designed for neck pain but I have no idea what to get and what actually works. Any suggestions from those who have tried them would be appreciated.
