years ago i kept slip falling down from over flow of water coming from every where and as the results left me behind with sciatica from my spine down into my legs . what’ treatments and procedures do you know of or know about it now ?All responses are in need . Thanks .

I have had this pinched sciatic nerve now for over two months. I would like to find out if any one knows any good treatment that really works!
I have tried everything from going to the chiropractor to sitting on a golf ball!
has anyone ever had a herniated disc in their neck which caused pain durring or after walking?

The chiropractor doctor seems to think walking should not hurt. I also have a reverse curve to my neck and lack of mobility in 3 other discs. Pain raidiates to the lower back and shoulders unless I just sit and rest all day. Any work causes onset of the pain. I am doing traction and using neck pillows, glucosomine, and having adjustments. Will this ever heal? It has been 3 months now. I was wondering if having adjustments was safe to do with a herniated disc?
Has anyone ever had to deal with problem with the sciatica nerve?

Has anyone ever had a problem with the sciatica nerve? If so how what was done to heal it? What medication was recommended did they work? Any other treatment that was beneficial? Please only serious answers no monkeying around!

My mate is experiencing pain from his hip down to his calf. We have been told that it is sciatica but we have not been told any good remedies for it.
