my back is really tensed up, I think causing my neck and head to hurt. I’m having a hard time even getting comfortable. ive taken mostly all the over the counter pain killers and none are working. any tips? -thank-you.

Being that the muscle involved with Sciatica is piriformis, shoudn’t you stretch the lateral hip rotators rather than shortening them? Or is your goal to take pressure off of the nerve by shortening them?
Also, at 1:07, which muscle are you referring to? The piriformis?
