hey doc this nerve …
hey doc this nerve thing is getting on my nerves lol everytime i do an effort i get this pain. For example when i was doing boxing i miss a strong punch and then got a pinched nerve. Now i was trying to open a bottle that had a strong tip; while opening it hard… i somehow got it. Most of the times its on the neck and when im done with it; it transfers to my wrist.

im a powerlifter …
im a powerlifter and have a pain on the let side of my neck my doctor seems to think its a boldging disc but my chiropractor says its a pinched nerve . i dont know what to do.
