Say you had a pinched nerve at T1 (first thoracic vertebrae), certain movements would cause a sharp, shooting pain and some or all of your fingers could go numb or get “pins & needles”. The numbness can come and go.

i have herniated disc so every time i i turn i feel this sharp pain and very uncomfortable and painful, find out what causing your pain, something is going on, ask to get an mri to ease your mind. that’s what i had to do, and now i suffered from herniated and degenerate disc. still in pain, i’m working hard to get my self back to normal, right core exercise, diet; medications and still try to stay active. and rest . don;t over do it, take care,,,,
