What do you do for a pulled mussle or pinched nerve?
I pulled my mussle or have a pinched nerve in my sholder and it hurts real bad ! What can i do? I can’t turn left or right!

I am going to a pain managment clinic. They are going to burn the nerve to me some relief for a bit. Is there something I can do to help with this problem. Something like some kind of exercise or something?

Go to Walmart and purchase Blue Emu lotion. Apply it liberally at least 3 times per day. It sells for approx. $12. It says “The Orignal” on the white jar.
Do not purchase the knock-off product next to it on the shelf which sells for half the price.

If over-the-counter creams, etc. do not help, I’m afraid you DEFINITELY need to see an Orthopedic Dr. A pulled muscle will heal itself slowly – with no lifting activity to that muscle area. A pinched nerve, however, needs medical attention; no question about it!
Try applying heat therapy, alternated with cold compresses to that muscle area, and give it lots of rest. Hopefully you’ll feel better with time.
