Pain Relief
What can I do for a pinched nerve in my collar bone?
I have a pinched nerve and it feels like it’s right under the left side of my collar bone. It only feels better when I lie down, but I don’t really like lying around. Is there anything else I can do to alleviate the pain?
Any suggestions would be really helpful, but this is extremely painful and it’s going on three days now… Thanks!

Pinch it back
I always put heat on sore muscles etc, but I also read that you should use cold? hah so I have no idea?
I would put a heat pack on it and wait it out……but then again, I like lying around.
Hope you get better

Streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetch it out. Message it and say “Ooh La La”. Caffeine is the most efficient painkiller for my massive migraines, so maybe for temporary symptomatic relief thou shall coffee drinkith or doth excederin tablet intaketh. Sleep on that side so the blood vessels are at least numb and resting a little bit. Cold or heat temporarily relives swelling and pain but it comes back. Have Trixie sit on your collar bone and warn her not to lay a fart. Orrrrrrrr go to a doctor for muscle relaxers and don’t touch the yellow magazine pages. ;( Hoooooooofer Wooooofer, Miss Spiffyness….Till next time…”EQUANIMITY MAN” up up and awayyyyyyyyy….^
*edit: To the chick below my answer.: Mortin? Hahaha , you mean Motrin! Mortin sounds weeeeeeeeird. Motrin is a painkiller. Mortin, huh?

all i can say is mortin mortin mortin!!
i pinched my sciatic nerve and mortin helped me get through the day. many days.
you can buy it over the counter. it says to take 2 but you can take up to 4…3 times a day…you have to space it out…the doctors prescribe them in 800mg (aka 4 mortins).
also, you can try the hot n cold method. take a hot bath or shower. then when you get out apply an ice pack on it.
