Pain Relief
Pinched nerve?
I have a pinched nerve between my shoulder blades that had been bothering me since yesterday morning. Its painful when I turn my head, and I had trouble sleeping last night because I was so uncomfortable.
Any suggestions about how to eleviate the pain, and/or fix a pinched nerve?

I am so glad to be practicaly pain free today I am still taking each step with caucion though. On another note I saw an am amazing footage of a cacasian american saving a young dark skinned Hatian girl in the rubble after Haties devestating earthquake. I was broaught to tears.

My mom has that. IDD Therapy works. Talk to your local Chiropractor to see if you qualify! I know it must be terrible for you because my mom was miserable.
