I think a pinched nerve is causing tingling and feeling of electricity in hands?
3 days ago I woke up with the feeling of pins and needles in my hands. It has not subsided. Now when ever I make a fist I get an extreme tingling feeling that almost feels like I’m being shocked. Could this be due to a pinched nerve?

Yes, it could be. If it’s not going away, you should see your doctor. Sometimes they tell you to do physical therapy, sometimes they refer you to a spinal surgeon and you need MRI or CT scan.
I would check in with your doctor.
Tingling, pins & needles are signs of a pinched nerve – could be in your neck, could be at your elbow or in your wrist… does your whole hand get numb or just certain fingers? how far up your arm does it go?
