There isn’t much you can do after the fact besides leave your head alone and take some tylenol. In the future you should avoid getting bleach on your scalp and use a lower volume developer (strength of bleach). Also, if you used heat you may want to avoid it the next time.

the best pain relief is to spray some cold water from time to time to help with the pain. BUT remember not to use to much and just when you feel it really hurts cause water neutrolizes the bleach. another way is to just get a small fan and fan with cold air. that helps me too.
