The cell phone test is a gimmick. Ok, lets test your arm strength fresh two seconds later put cell phone on your chest then test the SAME arm. What happens? Fatigue! Let your VICTIM rest while you pull out a “chip”, slap it on a cell phone, then explain how it is gonna make you stronger. Bingo,got em’! Sorry Mr. News MAn the “chip did’nt make you stronger. You just recovered betwen the second and last test. Thne you went to workout thinkin the “chip” was doing something super natural.

Because they work. U of H wasn’t supposed to be playing in the Sugar Bowl but they lost when not wearing the chip. They are now being marketed by CieAura. I have done the cell phone thing and it does work.
