Lower Back Pain Relief / Hip and Back Pain Exercises
Lower back pain exercises to relieve back pain by stretching the tight muscles around the hips that attach to the lower back. Follow each lower back pain exercise to deturmine if the muscles in your hips are so tight as to cause discomfort in the back, legs, hips. If these muscles are very tight then I reccoment that you purchase this DVD so that you can stretch the inside of the hips, the outside of the hips and stregthen the weak areas at the same time. what we need is a time machine to go back and put a foot in our ass before we did whatever hurt our back to start with. Anyway, thank you for your suggestions on how to ease the pain Mr. Wicker. Envious of your location there.

@celticmoonlady holy crap me too..it started with my left side lower back and now its going into two sides..this exercise o kinda help to relieve the pain. However, the pain haven’t gone yet..lol. I tried it for the first time..i felt a little relieved..ima try it again!

actually i bought new mattress and after that i have realy bad lower back pain

I have been dienoted with Neurofibronatosis. they turn in tormers I had a large one removed on my lift buttcheck back in 2003 and i have been sleeping on my right side and there is pain in my right buttcheck and i really can not go and do what i realy love to do is at the mall or something like that. Love looking around but after i start looking my hips start to hurt. My doctor is sending me to Physical therapy for lower back pain and hip pain,. Do you thank that this would help me?

I’m 19, thought I was in reasonably good shape, but couldn’t lift my legs in the guy’s position haha.

I have over stretched my lower back muscle and have sciatica on right side..lots of pain….do you have any ideas on pain relief for this?

I’m having hard time making myself breathe in this specific way. I’m not someone who can easily relax and sadly, conscious breathing makes me rather more frustrated than relaxed.
