I’m in a lot of pain a lot of the time, I do acupuncture and I can function much better but it’s always there, ya know..I’ve been looking up thee sessions on YT & found this. Crazy as it sounds, just watching I felt some of the pain lift from my lower back, crazy?

what i have noticed is that most people try to turn away from the pain to avoid it. BUT if you instead confront the pain, by putting all of your conscious focus INTO that area, simply tell it “feel good” and it will go away.
you can aslo do this while stretching before a workout. bend to touch your toes, and once you feel the resistance and tension in your muscles, put ALL your focus directly at that tensed spot and tell it “relax” or “loose”
try it, you will be surprised.

Thank you for this tremendous pain relief game. I can’t wait to play it with the kids.

Excellent demonstration of this technique. Interestingly enough, it is similar to techniques used in energy healing modalities -visualising the pain as an energy shape, gathering it in the hands, and either casting it into the earth to be transformed into positive energy, or into a fire, for the same purpose. Thank you Michael – Salad Rocks!

Thank you, Jamie Smart, for referring me to this. Everything I know says this should at least help. Can’t wait to try it!

Michael-
Great job explaining and demonstrating the process. It’s built on the two common fears associated with pain:
1. It can’t be controlled.
2. It’s going to get worse.
There is no belief resistance to making it worse, which creates a double bind by showing it can be controlled. Fractionating the symbol immediately dissasociates the person.
Talk to you soon,

What a brilliant technique. I am a hypnotherapist and use Hypnotherapy techniques to relieve the back pain I suffer from. One comment I have to those people trying this is to ensure that the person you are working with has checked out the source of any pain with a doctor first before using a technique like this to remove the pain in case it is being caused by something more serious. Apart from that it’s a another great video from Salad
