What causes pain in the lower back, lower back legs and heals? Do you think it’s a herniated disc?

lower back pain can come from over arching your lower back.
lower back leg pain could come from pressure on a nerve in your back
heals, if it is in front of the heal it could be plantar fasciitis.
My lower back is getting better with what I learned from Dr. Bookspan.
