the disc theory of back pain is dead.
it’s all understandable why we have arrived to this point, but it’s like the earth being flat – no basis in reality.
check out my channel and link to website. it’s all proven straight from medical literature.

how does this differ from traction.
December 8, 2010 - 3:26 am
I have it too, and I’m 19 ys old, and I do sports, I didn’t lift anything heavy, so there was no reason I should have it, but here it is. I go swimming 3-4 times a week, and exercise my back 2 times a week ( with a physican ). The best to do is to grab something on the roof, and hang as long as you can, it streches your spine a bit. This video sounds better, I will try it, but unfortunately I live outside the US.

yeah, my sister-in-law had an open back surgery, and NOTHING changed. she still feels the same. now I have a herniated disc, and don’t know what to do. i feel like I became hadicapped.

Someone at work just told me about this recently. I might have a herniated disc and currently taking vicatin because the pain is so bad. I go for my MRI in a few days. It’s nice to know there are other options out there because I know several people that have had back surgury and NONE of them had any success.
